Confirmed via the developers that’s handling the PC version of the game, and previous titles, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will have a “Find Match” button like in the previous Black Ops title.
BlackOps3 PC will use 100% dedicated servers for all ranked matches. (Same as previous BlackOps PC titles.) This is how we do it.

An example of how this will supposedly work, looking at the previous COD titled, where in the main-menu you will click “Find Match” and then select the game mode you want to play, then you’ll be put in a qeue waiting until you finally join a match.
So from what the official twitter account is saying, no server browser with a list of servers that you’ll join, so no renting servers or choosing to join an official dedicated server. Unless confirmed otherwise, it will be the exact same thing as Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.
